BlackTail’s head bartender Jesse Vida and Kingsley’s Chef and Owner Roxanne Spruance are teaming up for a night full of creative dishes and cocktails.
The duo recently traveled to Cognac for the Atelier of Taste program presented by Grey Goose vodka. They learned about the interplay between flavor & technique from two icons - Chef Alain Ducasse & Grey Goose Cellar Master Francois Thibault - with the intention to explore food and cocktail pairings upon returning to NYC. This is the only dinner menu for the evening, priced at $175/person, excluding tax & gratuity.
